How to Return

    • Photos of item(s)
    • Reason for return

2. Wait for Approval

  • Response within 48 hours.
  • Receive Return Authorization (RA#)
  • Get shipping instructions

3. Pack & Ship

  • Use original packaging
  • Include RA# on package
  • Ship to provided address
  • Keep tracking number

4. Get Your Refund

  • Items inspected within 2-3 days
  • Refund processed in 8 -10 days

  • Original packaging intact
  • All tags attached
  • Within 14 days of delivery 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or displayed items
  • No original packaging
