Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and several countries in Europe.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated timeframes below. Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.

Shipping Restrictions

Missing or Delayed Packages
- All packages are fully insured
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbours
- Wait 24 hours as sometimes packages appear the next day
- Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after 24 hours
Address Changes
- We cannot modify shipping addresses once orders have been placed
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Holiday Shipping
- During peak seasons (holidays), processing times may be extended
- We recommend placing orders early during holiday periods
- Special shipping deadlines will be posted on our website during holiday seasons
